1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the REQUVIA platform ("Service"), you ("User", "Client", or "Organization") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or utilize the Service.

Entity & Operator Notice: REQUVIA ("Service", "we", "us", or "our") is an independently owned and operated SaaS product based in India.

2. Scope of Service

REQUVIA provides autonomous and recruiter-assisted talent automation software, including candidate profile parsing, multi-channel communication assistance (WhatsApp socket gateway and corporate SMTP email integrations), follow-up cadences, and recruitment workflow tracking.

3. Account Security & Credentials

Users are strictly responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, session cookies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) backup recovery codes. Users agree not to access unauthorized tenant workspaces or attempt reverse engineering of security boundaries.

4. Subscription, Billing & Payment Terms

Access to paid tiers of REQUVIA is provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual billing) as detailed on our Pricing Page.

• Billing Cadence: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis in Indian Rupees (INR) or applicable local currency.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through authorized global payment infrastructure and merchant partners upon commercial checkout enablement. You agree to provide valid and current payment credentials.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting billing support at hello@requvia.com.

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the ongoing paid billing period, with no subsequent charges. For detailed conditions and refund guidelines, please consult our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Candidate Data Ownership & Licensing

The Client retains all right, title, and interest in and to all candidate spreadsheets, resumes, and communication records uploaded to their workspace. The Client grants REQUVIA a limited, revocable license to process candidate records solely to deliver the recruitment automation services requested.

7. AI & Human-in-the-Loop Oversight

REQUVIA uses artificial intelligence models to assist with message drafting, screening suggestions, and query classification. AI outputs are advisory tools and do not guarantee hiring decisions. Human recruiters must review and confirm all communications dispatched to candidates.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any commercial agreements relating to REQUVIA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without reference to its conflict of law principles.
