All plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected above. Subscriptions renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your platform access will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period. Common questions regarding REQUVIA plan entitlements
Can I use Starter with team members?
No. The Starter plan is strictly an individual plan with exactly 1 member seat. If your team requires multiple recruiters or client collaboration, select the Professional (5 seats) or Business (15 seats) plan.
What happens when I hit my monthly send limit?
You will receive a notification that your monthly quota has been reached. Further automation sends are paused until your next billing cycle, or you can instantly upgrade your plan to unlock higher limits.
Is candidate data preserved if a subscription is suspended?
Yes. REQUVIA never deletes candidate databases, application histories, or custom templates during subscription suspension. Only outgoing automated dispatches are paused.
